Anyone may make a public records request in Iowa. Factors that have no consideration in the district’s response to a public records request includes who is asking; how the information will be used; and whether the requestor cites state or federal open records laws.

The links in the right-hand menu on this page provide information on how to search for and request public records, what is and is not a public record when it comes to students and employees, whether or not costs are involved with requests, the amount of time to respond to requests, and a log of public records requests made to ³Ô¹Ï²»´òìÈ.
